I am a gifted education and eMINTS teacher at Hillsboro Elementary School. I work with grades four through six. I previously taught fourth grade for 7 years. I earned my specialist degree in Educational Technology from Mizzou is 2008. I have been teaching in an elementary classroom for 8 years and each year becomes a little more fun as new technologies are being added to the world of education every day! In my classroom !I always try to incorporate digital storytelling because I have seen how it motivates my students and engages them with their learning.

I created this site to organize all of the wonderful resources about Digital Storytelling in one place and to share these resources with other educators. In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with my husband and six year old daughter. I enjoy photography, digital scrapbooking, and building webpages... and of course helping my students make movies!
